The Muscle Power Pull Up Bar stands 90 cm from the wall and is a popular Pull Up bar to cross fitters. The back-, arm-, shoulder- and abdominal muscles can be trained effectively with your own body weight.

The Muscle Power Pull Up Bar can be use with Powerbands and TRX Functional trainer. The rack is solid and is easy to mount to the wall. The rack needs to be assembled when it is delivered. This is easy with the specially-supplied fixing material.

The maximum capacity of the rack is 600 kg and is 120 cm wide, 90 cm deep and 60 cm high. The pull up bar itself weighs 16 kg and is black.
