The Pedalo Rola-Bola "Sport" balance board – train your balance and coordination
The Pedalo Rola-Bola "Sport" balance board is a training aid used to perfect your sense of balance and coordination. Exercise with your legs apart or with one foot in front of the other. The training aid consists of a solid wooden roller and a balance board made from extremely sturdy ash multiplex plywood. The roller has a rubber anti-slip ring on each end to let you use the balance board on smooth surfaces. Beginners are advised to practise on a carpet or rug because it will prevent you from slipping and slow your movements down. The anti-slip shaft included can be attached to the upper side of the roller board as an option. Stickers guarantee secure positioning. The board contains holes all the way round the edge for attaching resistance bands or plugging foot rockers to. 2 rubber pads are fixed to each end of the board's underside to prevent the board from rolling off of the roller.
