The Pedalo-Vestimed is a training device that can be adapted for free-standing, sitting, supporting or lying down use. Thanks to the Senso suspension system, which allows gentle deflection from a load of 15 kg and intelligently adapts to body weight, all exercises can be performed in an unstable state. The impulses on the nervous system and muscles are strengthened and training with a proprioceptive effect is more effective. In addition to improving the depth sensitivity, the ability to react and balance is trained and the interaction between nerve and muscles is increased. Depending on the workout, the stability of the whole body can be increased or the leg axis (ankle, knee and hip joint) can be stabilized. The Pedalo-Vestimed is also suitable for group training or as part of back training. From a body weight of 95 kg we recommend the use of an extra spring insert.
