SmartCuffs 4.0 is the fourth generation of the world's most popular blood flow restriction (BFR) product. Designed to provide the utmost comfort and evidence-based results, these cuffs can be used on either your arms or legs. The 4.0 model features an AI-powered processor and proprietary limb occlusion pressure (LOP) algorithms, making it the smartest BFR cuff available today.

With the patent-pending iBFR LOP Calibration, you can determine your LOP in as little as 10 seconds. By using a percentage of LOP, you can objectively measure how much blood flow you are restricting based on your specific body structure, eliminating guesswork and ensuring a quick and easy experience. Since LOP varies significantly between individuals, this feature is crucial.

The exclusive Tri-Pressure technology offers three distinct BFR modes:

• Continuous BFR mode: Inflates the cuffs during exercise and rest sessions, ideal for advanced rehab or de-loading joints by inducing muscle fatigue more quickly.
• Intermittent BFR mode: Inflates the cuffs only during exercise sessions and deflates during rest, perfect for beginner rehab or joint de-loading.
• Resting BFR mode: Inflates the cuffs only during rest sessions and deflates during exercise, making it ideal for easing into BFR training with very light weights or advanced rehab with heavier weights.

SmartCuffs 4.0 ensures safety by preventing inflation beyond 80% LOP for any limb, making it suitable and safe for home use. The rechargeable Li-Ion battery boasts an incredible lifespan and can be fully charged in 30 minutes or less. Each cuff has its own permanently attached pump.

This package includes two pairs of SmartCuffs, totaling four individual cuffs. The medium-sized pair fits circumferences of approximately 33 to 46 cm, while the x-large pair fits circumferences of approximately 61 to 74 cm. To ensure a proper fit, measure the circumference of your arm between the shoulder and bicep, or your thigh closest to the hip.
